1.About these terms
These terms are the agreement between Lingsaa and the business that uses Lingsaa One (finance, people, visitors, customers, documents, projects, canteen and the other apps). When you create a company account, or sign in to one, you agree to them.
If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you may agree on its behalf. The people your business invites use Lingsaa One under these same terms. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy, and money back is in our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.
2.Your account
- Give true details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- The company owner decides who gets in and what each role can see and do, and is responsible for the people they invite.
- You must be old enough to make a contract where you live, and at least 18.
- One login is for one person. Do not share a login between people.
3.Plans, trials and payment
If we change a price, we tell you in the app before it applies. The new price starts at your next renewal, never in the middle of a period you have paid for.
4.Your data
- Your business data belongs to you. We use it only to run Lingsaa One for you, as our privacy policy explains.
- You can export your data at any time, including while the account is read-only.
- You are responsible for what your business puts into Lingsaa One, and for having the right to store it (for example, the consent of your customers or staff where the law asks).
- We keep backups and protect your data, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
5.Fair use
Please do not:
- Use Lingsaa One for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to.
- Try to get into accounts, companies or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written OK.
- Overload the service, get around usage limits, or copy data out with automated tools beyond the API limits of your plan.
- Copy, resell or rent Lingsaa One, or build a competing product from it.
- Send spam or harmful files through the apps.
6.Usage limits
Each plan comes with limits, such as the number of users, storage space and API calls per day. You can see them, and how much you have used, under Account › Plan and Account › API limits. When a limit is reached, the related feature pauses until the next day or until you move to a bigger plan. We never delete your data because a limit was reached.
7.Keeping the service running
- We work to keep Lingsaa One available all the time, and plan maintenance for quiet hours where we can.
- We improve the apps often. If we remove a feature you pay for, we tell you ahead and offer a fair alternative or a refund for the unused part.
- Things outside our control, such as power, internet or government portal outages, can stop parts of the service for a while.
8.Services from other companies
Some features connect to other services, such as payment providers, banks or tax portals, only when your company turns them on. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for how they work, but we only pass them what the feature needs.
9.Ending the service
- You can close your company account at any time from the app or by writing to us. Your plan runs to the end of the period paid for.
- We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where we can. We act at once only to stop serious harm.
- After an account closes, you have time to export your data. Then it is erased, except the records the law makes us keep.
10.Our responsibility
We take care to make Lingsaa One correct and safe, but no software is perfect. Reports, tax figures and documents it prepares should be checked by your business, or your accountant, before you file or send them.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here removes a right that the law where you live says cannot be removed.
11.Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change applies. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account before it applies, and we refund any unused part of your plan.
12.Law and disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to us first; most problems are solved quickly that way. These terms follow the law of the country where Lingsaa is registered. If you are a consumer, the consumer law of the country you live in also protects you, and you can use its courts.
